A Message from the WTRA President: 2019 Spring Newsletter

Seeking New WTRA Board Members

If you are keen to join the WTRA executive, please contact Ryan, John or Jackie, using the e-mail contacts below. Time commitment is minimal and the minimum term is two years.

We would like to give thanks to Frank Jasek who will once again handle the filing of the WTRA tax return.

Road Condition

Our roads are very soft in the spring, and have become damaged by large trucks coming in. Please do not order material requiring a large truck or drive one yourself until at least mid-May when the roads have had a chance to dry out. If for some reason such action is unavoidable, you are responsible for correcting any resulting ruts or other damage.

Road Maintenance

Our Road Chair, Ryan is working on a five-year plan for the next few years.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Road Work Bee

As usual there will be a road work bee this summer. This is a meet/re-meet your neighbours opportunity during which time we improve road visibility and safety by clearing the culverts and pruning the smaller branches and weeds back from the road. We will meet at the gravel pit at 9:30AM on SATURDAY JULY 13th. Bring gloves, work tools and bug spray.

2016 Annual Road Fees

If you have any questions or concerns, contact any of WTRA’s executive.
